Our Judo Tots class is specially designed for our youngest members, providing a fun, safe and engaging introduction to martial arts.
Through games and age-appropriate activities, children develop the fundamental skills of Judo while improving their coordination, balance, agility and body awareness. Along the way, they'll also build confidence, learn to listen, follow instructions and show respect for others—all while having a fantastic time on the mat.
It's the perfect first step into martial arts and a great foundation for future training.

Our Junior Judo classes are suitable for everyone, whether you're training for fun, looking to improve your skills or aiming to compete.
Following the British Judo Association (BJA) syllabus, each child progresses and grades at a pace that suits their individual development rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. This ensures every judoka has the opportunity to build confidence, develop strong technical skills and enjoy their journey through the sport.
For those wishing to take their Judo further, our junior programme also offers opportunities to compete at local and national competitions, attend training camps and work with experienced coaches to reach their full potential.

Our Senior Judo class welcomes everyone, from complete beginners taking their very first steps on the mat to experienced black belts looking to continue their development. Whatever your age, experience or ability, you'll find a friendly and supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to learn and progress.
Following the British Judo Association (BJA) syllabus, members work towards their grades at a pace that suits their individual goals and ability. Whether you're interested in improving your fitness, learning self-defence, earning your next grade or competing, our instructors will help you achieve your personal objectives.
Competition is actively encouraged for those who wish to take part, but it is never a requirement. Many members simply enjoy the physical and mental benefits of regular Judo training.
Our senior class is fortunate to have an exceptional depth of experience, with it being common to have more than ten black belts training together on the mat. This wealth of knowledge creates an outstanding learning environment, allowing members of all grades to benefit from the experience and guidance of highly skilled judoka.
