Our Senior Japanese Jujitsu class offers a comprehensive self-protection programme, suitable for both beginners and experienced martial artists. As a modern style of Japanese Jujitsu, our training focuses on realistic self-defence rather than traditional weapons practice. Regular sessions include pressure-tested sparring, both standing and on the ground, striking development through pad and bag work, and knife awareness training, helping students build the confidence and skills to respond effectively in real-world situations.
